NLP Master Trainer and Coach, the first person from Indonesia to be certified NLP Master Trainer from Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier, NLP University - Santa Cruz USA and also the only one from Indonesia affiliated with Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier since 2010 as a certified NLP training service provider from the USA.

She had established a variety of programs in Management, Human Resource Development, Training, Coaching and Assessment with an experienced Master Trainer and also a high quality Practitioner in the field. To create a better life by transforming people through training and coaching.

As a politician, in 2024 Ani run as a legislative candidate for the North Jakarta area. She held a Vice Treasury position for the Jakarta region and was a key member of the campaign teams - Tier 1 for both Indonesian Presidential Candidate Ganjar Pranowo and Jakarta Governor Candidate Ridwan Kamil - Suswono.
